He was born in Trabzon Sürmene. He graduated from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law in 2013 and established Kırali Law Firm in 2014. He completed his master's degree on Civil Law at Istanbul Commerce University and continued his career as a lawyer until today. Kırali has many published articles and has also been the president and director of many organizations in the professional field. Kırali, who is active in sports and politics, is a congress member of Trabzonspor. He is currently active in many non-governmental organizations.

She was born in Urumqi, China. She graduated from Faculty of Law of Jiaotong University in Shanghai, China. She took Turkish Language courses at Department of Foreign Languages at University of Istanbul. She took master degree from Department of Public Law of the Institute of Social Sciences at University of Istanbul. She graduated from Faculty of Law of Istanbul University, Turkey. She has been providing legal consultancy services since 2011. She is a lawyer of Istanbul Bar. She knows Uyghur, Chinese, Turkish and English languages.
